「I was in awe of Casa Parcha my entire trip. The scenery was absolutely beautiful, I felt like I had stepped into paradise. I stayed in the Riverview tent. The tent was clean and beautiful. Before going I was worried about the bugs, temperature, and the sound of the coqui. There were hardly any bugs, the temperature was beautiful, in the high 60s at night (in April), and the sound of the coqui helped me to sleep. 「Owner refused to share any information and ASKED me to ASK again in 24 hours before, instead of sharing herself the actual address, parking info and door code even when the reservation was paid in full a month ago. Reservation didn’t say which room was it and we had to knock on doors at 2am of strangers to figure it out. Mosquitoes were no fun, but welcome waters in fridge and coffee were positive 」

There was a bit of confusion when we arrived as you need to give them another cc on file to get a code for entry. It’s a guest house and not a hotel so there’s no staff onsite but the host was very responsive, helpful, and friendly. 」

「The whole master bathroom was flooded from the toilet with a very strong sewer smell. The bedrooms where in very bad conditions. The sliding doors almost impossible to open. The kitchen cabinets in very bad conditions, the jacuzzi wasn't working property. Beautiful location but; the building needs an update. We pay way too much for what we got. 」

「Super cute and quiet ocean view hotel. The sound of the waves was very relaxing and the pool was well maintained. The property could use a little updating, but overall it was nice and very clean. It was very convenient to the Luquillo kiosks and beaches.」

「If you are looking to stay somewhere on a budget with an amazing location that also has a restaurant and a beach literally right in front of the property. This is a great spot. I know some reviews complained that it’s an older hotel but it is the cleanest hotel I have stayed in my entire trip. We had really comfortable beds and a really nice bathroom.
