「First of all this is not a luxury apartment. The walls were dirty. Needs a repaint in the bathroom. Bed uncomfy and pillows flat. There is also a deposit required which is unnecessary given the state of the apartment. After we left, the host messaged to say we wouldn’t get the full refund back as the door was unlocked, despite the fact you require a fob to enter the building. 「I don’t think they can claim that a couple of pots of yogurt and a few bits of fruit counts as breakfast. No drinks available at all. The photo of pastries on the listing is highly misleading and should be removed. If they can’t provide breakfast they should sell as a room only option.」

「Unfortunately the cleanliness of this place was a Complete let down. Stains on the cushions of toothpaste and a cream coloured flem what it looked like. Algae in the bathroom, brown toilets and stained bedding. We tried to make the most of it but will not be using this company again. Also please be wary of the car park with gates down a narrow lane it made it impossible to get in to in a normal size car and we needed up take a gauge out the side of our car. Smaller cars seamed to get in fine....

「Not the biggest room, but bright, fresh & clean. I was in the converted roof area with velux windows. Nice shower (no bath option), lovely warm towel rail at all times, and L’Occitane products. Room has a smart tv with Netflix, a safe, ironing board & iron, good hairdryer, still & sparkling water & tea & coffee making facilities. There is a temp control with fan. 「Easy and friendly check in and a lovely comfy clean room. Plenty of parking available and in a lovely area and only 15 minutes from the NEC. It’s a shame we didn’t have time to use the gym and pool but we’ll be back.」
