「The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, we were assigned a Club Room next to a Suite with a connecting door, and the soundproofing was extremely poor. We could clearly hear loud conversations, shouting, and piano playing from the suite until the early hours of the morning, making it difficult to get any rest. The comfort of this room depends entirely on the guests staying in the suite next door. I regret choosing a Club Room and wish I had booked a standard room instead. I would also...

「You get what you pay for with an ibis. Was a 5 minute walk from my event so can’t complain! B basic but clean. Great bar area and free tea/coffee in the lobby.」

「Honestly I just spent 3 days in that hotel and if there was a word better than flawless and amazing I would use it. 10/10 and highly recommend.」

「Location is good for Birmingham and West Midlands excursion. Room is very spacious and clean. Reception staff are friendly and responsive. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.」
