Stayed here a few times before and it's very convenient for New Street, the city centre and with secure parking in the nearby Mailbox. It's basic but comfortable bed. The nearby Grand Central Kitchen is great for breakfast!

Doors are very loud when closing, so good luck if you have neighbours and they're coming in late when you have to be up early. Doors are also not very good at insulating noise, so commotion in the hallways is clearly heard. Location is convenient for getting to New Street Station, but lots of people always asking for money in area.

This was perfect for our one quick night in Birmingham. It’s small but completely functional. The beds and bedding are extremely comfortable. Kim helped us check in and out, he was so pleasant and helpful! Walkable to the train station and many restaurants.
