「Loved the spacious apartment. 」

「I loved it. It was a perfect getaway. I had everything you needed in the resort without having to venture off. It was a little far from the airport, but the area that the resort was in was beautiful kind of like the suburbs I would say, and there were stores within five minute drive from the hotel I would give it five stars. They were just remodeling certain areas, but other than that it was perfect and the staff was very nice. I would definitely stay again.」

「One of the beds was not in a good condition. My daughter could not sleep that night because de bed was inclined to one side. So the next night we had to make reservation in other hotel because of that night experience. 」

「This hotel was great. The staff were so nice and helpful. This hotel has a pool, bar, a restaurant, and free breakfast. It is a boutique hotel so it is a bit small but overall I would recommend it. 」

「Location is great , rooms are clean , customer service is ok . No roof top it’s permanently closed . And rooms feel like prison . Our room had no windows it felt like a prison cell . 」

「The photos online were deceiving. The bed sheets had long hair and stains what makes me believe that they were not changing. The shower was another deal the sink was inside the shower, so it got all wet. The toilet had is on story was off center so while seating you hit your lees on the wall. The room was so small I felt claustrophobic. Nobody after hours and you call the emergency number and goes to voicemail. So I would not recommend this place. 」

「Great location, situated in Old San Juan. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the Old Fort (Nat'l Monument). 」

「Amazing stay 」

「Beautiful, modern, and affordable room. I stayed in the 2 bed room with 4 people total and it was so spacious. The location is perfect for experiencing the La Placita nightlife (literally less than a minute walk away). Ear plugs are provide since the location is in La Placita. There’s a jacuzzi and outdoor shower in rinse off and sunscreen and bug spray are provided. Super easy for Ubers to find the hotel and overall could not recommend staying here more!! 」
