"The place was difficult to find, in an alley way that felt very sketchy. When we got to the place, there was no proper reception table, just a table and a guy sitting there. He asked ME what room I am in - I said I don't know, shouldn't you be telling me this? Eventually he told me my room, and the key was in a lock box, so we needed to return it ourselves. My father-in-law's room was leaking under the sink - he had to put towels under to absorb the water. When he complained, nothing was done...
