"The hotel smelt damp. The water from the tap and shower smelt too. It was a party hotel which is fine if you’re up for that kind of thing, but if you want a bit of a balance, the Diamond Club is worth the extra to get a “slightly” quieter piece of beach and pool. Food generally was mediocre, but again as a party hotel it was fine."

"Our stay was from April 20 to May 1 - the weather was perfect and the hotel's beach was well maintained. The best part of our stay would have to be because of the staff - from housekeeping to front desk, maintenance to bartenders and most certainly the hostess and wait staff in the buffet, Italian restaurant and the coffee/gelato bar. This hotel should know what they have in their gracious, well trained staff! What would have made our stay more enjoyable was if all of the restaurants were open. During our stay the Mexican, Asian and Seafood restaurants were closed and under construction. Additionally, the Cassis lobby bar was also closed. We were looking forward to our first AI where we didn't need to make reservations. The quality of the food and drinks were above average most days so no complaints there. We spent most of our days at the Adults Only pool and the service poolside and at the bar were top notch. We had a great room on the fourth floor and the room was well-appointed and was very quiet and the views from the rooms can't be beat. Overall we had a great, relaxing stay and would recommend this resort."

"Incredible resort, amazing staff, beautiful beaches and pools, and delicious food with tons of options. This is my family and I's favorite resort by far, so much so that I had to go back. We've stayed at several all-inclusive resorts in Cancun, and it is still our favorite. Since it's at the apex of the peninsula, the resort also feels super private!"

"Sunscape is a smaller resort with many great benefits. Once your in the common area everything is only steps away allowing for any activity within close proximity. Ocean, beach, pool, food, sports bar(no sound for sports). Food was great although the restaurants did not have AC which was uncomfortable for some people. Kids area was quite hot due to being on the lagoon side with no ocean breeze. Some rooms had better AC than others. The staff was truly amazing and helpful. Within walking distance to Coco Bongo markets / pharmacies / malls. Great family friendly resort. 8/10"

"The property is nice and the staff was great. The restaurant food was very good. The buffet was decent. Grounds and facility were well maintained. This was our 3rd stay at this property. We will probably go to an adults only in the future. If you have kiddos, it’s a great place to stay. Ours are grown now so we all prefer a little more quiet."
