"It was our third time at this resort over the past 10 years. Real improvements in the food, my wife and I had a wonderful time. I had a problem with the toilet seat and asked the front desk to have someone come to fix it, that didn’t happen until asking twice more and two days later. Room floor was very slippery… small bits of what looked and smelled like soap were on the stone floor."

"Stayed at Krystal Cancun and the biggest highlight was the location. You’re literally steps from the beach, which made it super easy to go back and forth throughout the day. On top of that, it’s right in the middle of the nightlife—clubs, bars, and restaurants are all within walking distance. If you’re looking for convenience and a lively atmosphere, this spot is hard to beat."

"Solo travelled to Mexico Cancun. Had the most lovely and relaxing vacation staying at hotel Riu Kukulkán. Everything was well organized from flight to airport transfer to the resort and vice versa when my stay ended. Food was great especially their buffet. There was always a table available for you to be seated no matter how late you came down. Felt safe and would absolutely stay at this resort again."
