"This resort was very nice! Landscape was perfect everywhere and the property was very clean and staff was super nice. Our concierge Yajahira was outstanding and made our stay perfect! The room was great, spacious, clean and well decorated. The balcony and hot tub on balcony were 10/10 and the beach and ocean were absolutely amazing! The negatives were the renovations, we did not know the extent of the renovations when I booked the trip. Two restaurants were not open, roof top bar/lounge not open and another restaurant was moved into a banquet room, no spa, no fitness.... finding out all of that once we arrived was disappointing especially since it wasn't mentioned by Expedia or the resort ahead of time. Woyld visit again for sure! (once renovations are completed which are suppose to be done by Jan 2027."
