"The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are very spacious and the beds was very comfortable. The staff members were very kind and someone went above and beyond. The only thing I will say is that they do try to get you to set up a meeting with one of their staff members to try to see if you want to join a program or something along those lines and the person that approached us when we had just arrived would not take no for an answer insisting on why not and I had to tell her, I just came in from my flight and at the moment I’m not interested. The drinks should be made on the stronger side That’s my only feedback I’d like to give. Other than that, our stay was amazing! I will most definitely like to return soon! "

"Staff was fantastic very helpful with info of area and hotel the location is perfectly located in the Center of hotel zone restaurant bars transportation are all within a few mins. Pods are comfortable and clean washrooms are clean showers are good also.overall great short stay for me .. also other travelers were friendly and respectful. "Definitely had a great time. Staff was great but meeting new people and partying was the best part for me. People kept complaining about their food but the food was really good. We had the dinner on the beach which was very romantic. During the pink party we rented a cabana with a jacuzzi which was really fun. Comes with a bottle of don julio, sofa, chairs and a flat screen tv. On the third floor we had parties with an dj that read the crowd and knew which songs to play. I’ve been to resorts where they play classical rock and American songs which is okay. But we’re in mexico, we want to hear some reggaeton lol. Another HUGE PLUS is that it’s literally 10 minutes walking distance to the hotel zone. We went to coco bongo which was crazy and my favorite was Congo. The night life there is littt. "
