"The staff was fantastic, we got a suite upgrade on arrival. You can text with the front desk if youre introverted and dont want to talk to anyone. The hot tub and sauna were a bonus"

"Room as nice and clean. Bathroom fine. Would have appreciated coffee maker, if not in room at least in the lobby. And being on very top (12th) floor, with slow elevators, was inconvenient. Wasted significant time getting up & down from my room. Next time I will request room not so high up, and with a window with view of street or anything more interesting that outdoor area between walls. "

"Had a nice stay at the Belvedere this weekend. The room, facilities, and staff were all fine and much appreciated. The best aspect of the hotel is a great location to both the theater district and to Hell's Kitchen. Would recommend."

"Had to be flashing my hotel card key everywhere I went, so they know I was a guest. Lots of construction going outside. I couldn’t sleep. Noisy area. Breakfast sucks. "
