While cozy at 400 sq. ft., it was done thoughtfully and with great taste. There are amazing restaurants, gourmet delis, and a beautiful park for people watching within a three-block radius of the apartment. Our host was perfectly communicative and supportive with any need we had. Make this your NYC home away from home.」

「4階の部屋でした。欧米の古めのビルによくあるとおり階段がないことが大きな障壁でした。常駐のスタッフがいませんんし。重たいスーツケースを自力で持ち上げること、あるいは下ろすことは、高齢者やケガをしている人間には苦行です。 部屋の掃除は担当者によって快不快が変わります。4泊の滞在中3泊はよかったです。しかし日曜の担当者は非常に悪かったです。トイレットペーパー等の消耗品は補充なく自分で対応（トイレットペーパーがないことは本当に困りました）、もっとも驚いたのはバスマットがバスルームの高いドアの上に斜めに架けられていたことです。失望しました。」
