"The breakfast is OK. But we had a problem, From the very first day, we noticed that the toilet in our room was not working properly and we called the front desk. They told us it would be fixed. The next day, it worked a little better but not 100%, until, at night, it completely overflowed and we could not use it. Someone came at night but was unable to repair it, so they told us the best solution was to change rooms. We waited for a call about the room change until midnight, but no one called. We went to sleep and could not use the toilet all night or the following morning. Early in the morning, we went to the front desk to ask what was happening. No one knew anything, until Mr. Mohammed, with some difficulty (because he did not believe this was happening in the hotel), gave us another room. What a difference when everything works perfectly!"

"Overall - I love the hotel. I had already checked out a day early with refund due to unannounced ( very) loud construction at the hotel. Unfortunately, I needed to stay another night in nyc, and the hotel was listed on Expedia at a very cheap (£1) price, so I decided at that price, and put up with the noise during the day. Check out was at 12- housekeepers started knocking every half hour from 9:30! Bathroom sink was very slow to drain. "
