「口コミが少し不安でしたので前もってチャットで確認したりしました。立派なマンションで日本でいう簡素なタワマンと言った感じでした。５日間でしたがまるで住んでいるかのように過ごせました。掃除も自分で、ゴミ出しも自分です。ホテルと違う住むような滞在が出来て良かったです。風呂の栓と洗面台の栓が壊れていたのだけ気になりました。キッチンもフル装備で言うことなしです！冷暖房もよく効きました。また泊まりたいです。向かいのセブンイレブンにお世話になりました。」

「I found a perfect place to stay in Manhattan! Just a few minutes walk to access busy places like Times Square, theaters and restaurants but the room was quiet and comfortable. Nice and gentle staff, well kept building and refurbished facility... I want to stay this place again!」

「The host was very good with communicating and providing a safe and clean space. The apartment was in a prime location, close to a lot of tourist attractions, and safe. The apartment itself was very clean! 10/10 would book again!」

The email with the relevant codes and information on which unit we were staying in did not arrive on time, which was a problem and meant that we had to call to get the relevant information. The only other issue is that it can be noisy on the lower floors with people walking in and out through doors on the ground floor that slam shut constantly and are very noisy. Management should install some hydraulic door closing devices to control that issue. Double glazing on the windows will...
