「We’ve used VRBO many times before but were scammed this time. We arrived in advance of a wedding in OC, NJ with our family and our pet to find this place in a total state of construction with no floors, furniture all piled up in the hallway, unflushed toilet, etc etc. All the while, some wacko is communicating with me through VRBO’s messenger app guiding me to the key for the house and saying “they’ve never had a situation like this before”. 「Condo was as described. Owners was very responsive. Very convenient to boardwalk and surprisingly quiet. My only complaint is there’s no dedicated parking. Had to move my car several times due to parking constraints in OC. Something guests should know ahead of time.」
