"The hotel was beautiful with all the amenities you could need. This was our first time in a traditional Japanese style room and it was such a fun experience. The onsens were great and the reservation system easy to use. Dining was special and we loved the food. Getting to do a little laundry in their facilities was an added bonus. Staff was eager to help and made us feel welcome and comfortable the entire stay."

"Getting the most for the money. Parking for $7 a day. A bit far from citi center but only 2 minutes walk from subway. Few good places to get dinner close by like "Big Boy""

"The staff at check in was very friendly and efficient. Breakfast is very wholesome and delicious but decor is a bit dated. Room was Japanese style tatami, which I prefer, comfortable and clean. "
