The ac wasn’t cold. The filter was caked with dust. The room was fine just a little older but clean. Just wished the ac works properly.

Hotel and staff were both great. They helped us and they were kind. Rooms are wide and relaxing ! The only bad points were shaver's quality and toothbrush's quality! Brush was too hard. I can not use it. Bringing your own brush is a must. And the beard shaving razor was very bad. You can not cut your beard. They must change them immediately! Other than these small problems,hotel was good! I can go there again for sure!

三宮駅からは10分くらい歩きます。新神戸駅からだとタクシーで1300円くらいでした。化粧水などのアメニティはありませんでした。とても安く泊まれたので満足しています。

チェックイン時に水や入浴剤を配るあたりは小さい心配りだが意外にうれしい。暑いなかを歩いてきたので、部屋に入ってもすでに冷房が入っていたのには助かった。ファーストコンタクトを大事している宿泊先という印象が残った。惜しむらくはチェックイン時窓口3カ所にそれぞれ並ばせるのではなく、最近のコンビニのように待つ人を1列にすると、窓口での対応処理のスピード差か気にならなくなるかと思う。
