This hotel is very nice. The service staff are kind and enthusiastic, the reminders are clear and clear, the room is clean, the bed is soft and comfortable, the hotel is located in a newly opened commercial area, and food is convenient. Will visit this hotel next time.

部屋自体は全般的には　清潔で掃除も丁寧でしたが、入室したとき室内にズボンプレッサー用の未使用の紙？みたいなもの数枚落ちていました。清掃の際に清掃キットから落ちたのか？不明？あとは　浴室内のシャワーヘッドを掛けるフック？の下回りとそのあたりのタイルのメジにかなりカビが。歯ブラシで簡単にこすったらすぐに落ちました。あとは清掃の人たちが朝９時過ぎから11時頃まで作業指示なのか打ち合わせなのか　外で話す声が　連泊で部屋で寝てる時にかなり響いて来てゆっくり出来ませんでした。 　以前泊まった時には香りが嫌だったボディソープ・シャンプーが別の種類の良い香りのものに変わっていて良かったです。

清潔感のあるとても快適なホテルでした。 まずチェックイン時に徐さんと言う方の受付応対がとても良くて、後に出て来られた男性の方もとても対応がテキパキしてて、びっくりする位滑舌と対応が良かったです。 部屋に入って少し狭いかな？と思ってのですが、いざ机に着くと椅子がキャスター付きなら良いのにと思ったくらいで、高さも広さも見た目と違ってとても使い易かったです。 お風呂に入って洗い場が狭いと感じましたが、トイレと別の部屋？室だったので清潔に感じましたし、洗い場は立って洗えば問題無くて、浴槽が椅子式になってて、洗い場を立って浴槽はゆったり出来る素晴らしく考えられた浴室でした。 朝食時に応対の外国人の方が片言の日本語でしたが、丁寧な対応と言葉使い、その上お客さを優先する謙虚な態度に、今まで宿泊したどのホテルよりも、心が行き届いた気持ちよく宿泊できるホテルだと感じました。 近くにあれば良いのにと思いながら、このホテルは良いホテルだと感心し切りに帰りました。 又宿泊したいと思いました。 対応の職員さはもとより、ホテルの今後のご発展を願って居ます。 立地場所も良いと思いますしほんとまた行きたいです。 有難う御座いました。

禁煙のお部屋希望だったのですが、無かったので喫煙可能の部屋で消臭対応をしていただきました。お部屋はとても綺麗でタバコの臭いは全くなく、快適に過ごすことができました。ただ、コンビニは駅まで行かなければならず、もう少し近かったらなとは思いました。
