「The property was very historic but we had room issues and the initial room we were given was not what we paid for. The Manager on duty finally had to upgrade us to a suite to get us the right view that we booked but after 12 hours of traveling from CA it was exhausting arguing to end up where we should have been given as soon as they knew they didn’t have my room type available. 」

「the majestic Mirage and their staff provide a World class experience like No our valet was top notch the room was spotless and the beach was devine. HOWEVER - Their transportation department "GO MAJESTIC" lacks the same attention to customer based services. Upon being picked up, I was forced to pay someone $30 for beers no one asked for and noone drank. 「Amazing room. Ocean view. Great food. Out of the way from everything, but worth it. Getting bus or van is easy and safe from in front of hotel. If you don't want to use public transportation or don't rent a car, don't book here. Crane Beach water is full of seaweed. If you want to swim in ocean and not the 5 pools, don't book here. Pool is great, bus is easy and $3.50 BD currency. I will absolutely stay here again. 」
