Owners and staff are friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was also top notch. Highly recommend if you want to be close to Tulum while also enjoying a quiet getawayGeeat internet if you need it. "

"Pros: Very cozy dome, good AC, private bathrooms, good furnishings, very cute property, free local cenote was a highlight, quietCons: Wifi works sporadically and isn't strong when it connects (we couldn't rely on it even for WhatsApp, which made coordinating reservations a challenge), the property looks nice but the fountains empty into long troughs of standing water so the mosquitoes were TERRIBLE (far worse than even walking in the jungle that surrounds the area, and so bad that nobody ever...

"The house is exactly what we needed, everything was there and worked correctly. Very quick access to cinotes, and Chemuyil which had fantastic food. Every night at 8 o’clock A gentleman came by selling sweet bread that was freshly baked having breakfast in the backyard every morning was fabulous. Transit was extremely simple, so we’ve got to see any of the beaches in the ruins at Tulum within 20 minutes. We felt extremely safe and the locals were very hospitable.
