「Service. It’s clear everyone got the memo. David greeted us at the bell stand as we arrived and was ready to be helpful whenever we needed anything. Housekeeping was awesome, Jesus made the best Negronis at the Casa Grande bar. Breakfast staff, particularly Noel, were super friendly and helpful with local tips and suggestions - always a great way to start each day」

Strong perfume smell in lobby (stronger than victoria secret smell), rooms werent ready so they vaccumed and steam cleaned AROUND us as we tried to snooze in the lobby at 2:30/3pm in the afternoon. Painting hallways on the room floors - again - middle of the day during a full spring break season with children - so sign, no fan, and no windows could open so there was a strong paint smell. 「This is a great hotel great location staff is super friendly. Had no issues at all . The building its self is a little worn but that comes with time and the fact that it’s right by the salt water so completely understandable. Would definitely stay at this location again. It is a lil chilly in the hotel it’s self so dress accordingly when going from the room to the pool. However parking is not included either in the resort fees it is additional 14.50 per day.
