「The staff were extremely kind and helpful. I had an issue with my lost baggage during my stay, and although I was unfortunately unable to receive it in the end, the staff spent a lot of time helping me deal with the situation. I really appreciated their kindness and support. Thank you very much!」

「Clean and comfortable room. The was a rail missing from the shower screen door, leaving two holes. This allowed water to cascade onto the bathroom floor. Other than that, the room was very good. Parking is convenient and safe, We didn't have breakfast as we didn't like it when we stayed previously.」

The comfort of this room depends entirely on the guests staying in the suite next door. I regret choosing a Club Room and wish I had booked a standard room instead. I would also...

「Great for town」

「Location is good for Birmingham and West Midlands excursion. Room is very spacious and clean. Reception staff are friendly and responsive. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.」
