A relatively modern complex handy for the city centre. The bedroom and bathrooms were very clean and tidy with all amenities. The breakfast was buffet style and catered for most, if not alk, needs. I also booked parking through the hotel whichvwas vloseby and sensibly priced.

Rooms nice and clean and comfortable, parking difficult to locate but once found, nice and secure and only a few mins walk away. Very convenient for an event at Eastside rooms. Would stay again if coming to Birmingham, used an Uber to go into town at night, but only a 15min walk

Easy to find and although no parking was available onsite, parking nearby was a short distance away, safe and affordable. The desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Had a 7 minute walk from/to car park which is fine in the dry but not so great when you are in the middle of storm Amy. Would have been nice to have a box of paper handkerchiefs in the room. Perfect location when visiting Aston University

The hotel is beautiful, room was lovely, clean and comfortable the only thing was the room was very hot, could do with air con. Staff were so professional and helpful and the breakfast was yummy! I’d definitely stay again!

Didn't get the option to book breakfast through Expedia... it was ok, couldn't use the pool as it was in a completely separate building on a Uni Camus so would have had to walked there in the cold etc, lost its appeal.... Room was ok. Everything was ok just not brilliant... It was very convenient for going into the city centre etc, which was good.

The hotel is exceptional value with friendly service that comes with a can do attitude. Rooms are comfortable and the campus is in a handy location for the city centre. The highlight though is the access to a 25m Edwardian swimming pool which is a short walk but still within the campus. The steam room gives a good heat and is a decent size too. The life guard took the time out to explain the history of the pool and there’s some fascinating old black and white photos from its early days.
