"Cleaners cleaned the rooms every days with new towels. The front room with city view was a bit noisy even though our room was L6. They do supply ear plugs. Staff are courteous and helpful. Breakfast is enough with choice of eggs and Vietnamese noodles soup. Located is fantastic, close and walking distance to shops, restaurants and some attractions."

"Our apartment suite was amazing. It had every comfort we could ask for and more. It was incredibly spacious with more storage space than we could use. It was much more than we could have hoped for. Unfortunately we only spent one night at the hotel due to our travel schedule but would have loved to have spent a few more nights there. The staff was extemely courteous and helpful. We would definitely return to the Novotel Hanoi without hesitation."

Room was big and clean but with a musty smell. Pool and pool area are quite small and the water is cold. Pool menu is limited and overpriced. Did not take the breakfast as it was overpriced while there are alternatives around. "

The atmosphere there was perfect for both relaxing and informal meetings. The selection of breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails was impressive, with a good mix of local and international options. The hotel’s facilities, including the pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and added to the overall experience. Its location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around Hanoi. Overall, my stay at Daewoo Hotel Hanoi was comfortable, relaxing, and memorable. I would highly recommend the Club Room experience to anyone looking for a premium stay in Hanoi, and I look forward to returning again."
