"Our experience at Grand Hotel Du Lac Hanoi was perfect! Camellia and the team were fantastic, and were so welcoming, helpful and kind from start to end, going the extra mile to ensure that we were taken care of during our stay. The rooms and facilities and value with the buffet breakfast was incredible! This was a 10/10 Hôtel experience, and I will definitely stay here again when I next come to Hanoi."

"Wake up early for a fresh breakfast. Everyday they have slight changes to the buffet, but the main course stays the same. Good drinks , good aircon , the skybar is open air. They also have an indoor bar for aircon lovers . The main reason I gave 5 stars is the helpful staff. The hotel is right in the middle of all the action . If your flight arrives in weekend , it will be a headache taking your luggage into that street since it’s closed. No cars can go through . Just fyi. But if you call the staff ; they’ll probably go all the way to the end of the street to help . Good bed"
