「Nos quedamos 4 noches y el servicio es increíble, te hacen sentir en casa, desde Omar en Concierge, hasta Martha, Alberto y Alfonsito en la alberca, los restaurantes tienen ingredientes muy frescos, recomendamos la tostada de Atún en Roca (y si los atiende Crucita pidan que les recomiende algo más), el desayuno ademas de ser bufete lo cual a veces no me encanta, Hector se encargo de consentirnos con una salsa preparada exclusivamente para nosotros... No podemos esperar para regresar!」

「This was our second time staying here and like the First it was Perfect! Check-In was smooth. The staff at Tomates (Lino,Adelina,Rocio,Mageli & the Chef) are the best! Great Service and very attentive to you. When we arrived (Ivan & Rene) we very helpful as soon as we pulled up. The room was Perfect for the occasion. Beautiful Ocean view and the cleaning staff was Nice & Friendly. Will be back soon! 」

「いろんな方の口コミと同じ様に、非日常を叶えてくれる素晴らしいサービスでした。こちらの要望にはほぼ完璧に叶えてくださり大満足です。ホテル内のどのレストランもとても美味しく、特に私達はblanc asiaがお気に入りでした。meseroの方も私達の名前で呼んで下さるのでとても嬉しかったですし、なんと言っても気さくな方が多くて楽しかったです。 そして、食事後に部屋に戻ると可愛らしいちょっとしたスイーツが用意されていたりと、宿泊者への気配りに感動しました。 バスタブへの泡風呂の準備やアロマソープやアロマバスソルトなどなどその日の気分の香りでバトラーさんにオーダー出来るのも至福の時でした。 私達は4泊5日で宿泊しましたが、サービスを受けるには足りないくらいでしたので、次に宿泊するときは6泊くらいしたいと思います。 あと一つ、チェックイン時のホットアロマネックのサービスで初日から道中の疲れが癒されました！！ 写真にあるスイーツはblanc...

「From start to finish, an absolutely phenomenal experience. I have stayed at many all-inclusives and this is easily one of the best around. An amazing staff, gorgeous and meticulously clean property, top-notch food especially the breakfast buffet, and one of the best spa treatments I’ve ever had. Cannot wait to return!」

「The property outside was well maintained. The unit we stayed in was very beautiful & it was obvious the staff does a great job keeping the kitchen well stocked with flatware, pots/pans, & several high-end appliances. Having a washer & dryer allowed us to bring carry-on bag for a few days of clothes. We just wash them our stuff using the laundry detergent that;s included. The balcony has a high-end BBQ grill that's east to us along with a large couch & a table to dine while watching the Golf...

「The property was beautiful. Wish the beach was more accessible, but wasn't a big deal. Pool was fabulous and our waiter Juan was amazing. He took great care of us during our entire trip. He made sure we had chairs each day, water, food and drinks. Only negative thing I could say is the pool chairs are uncomfortable, but I would absolutely go back again. 」

「Wow, the included meals were amazing and fresh OJ and coffee each morning was so refreshing. The pool is heated and in the center so it feels private and quiet. Bar area is not noisy considering it's a bar! I preferred that the area was not right in tourist central but you are a 40min walk to a swimmable beach. Staff was amazing. Non smoking too and the local plants all thru the hotel feels like you're in your own Spanish style house」
