We felt treated like royalty throughout our stay. The resort itself is incredibly private, peaceful, and stunningly beautiful. The atmosphere is elegant without feeling pretentious, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Every corner of the property is immaculate, and the attention to detail is second to none. If you’re looking for true luxury, privacy, and world-class hospitality, Las Ventanas exceeds every expectation. We can’t wait to return. "Hospitality was great. We had all-inclusive, and the food at this facility was top-notch. They had several restaurants that offered great dining options and beverages as well. The swimming pool as a delight. Will I visit this facility again? Definitely a YES. Only drawback is the manner they try to sell you hotel packages without coming out straightforward. I feel like the proposition is good, but the marketing approach isn’t great. My advice to travelers is, be assertive from the beginning of the conversation and let them know if you’re interested or not. Asides from this, we had so much fun. Our room had great views of the pool and the ocean. Great value for money."

"The hotel location is good and quality of food is really good. Some member's of the staff are doing really well, congratulations to Carmen, Pedro, Sylvana, Carlos, Johan, Cesar. But service could be better, for instance the waiting time at the main bar and 12 tribes restaurant takes too long some times. The hotel needs a full renovation including the gym. But the hotel rooms are in good condition."
