"This was our second time at Montecristo and we had an amazing time. After using VRBO numerous times over the years, we have largely had a superb experience. Tomas, however, is far and away the best host we have had. He was communicative and helpful, without being overbearing or intrusive. He provided several tips and tricks that try added value to the trip. He also set us up with Omar, a very helpful butler to help with reservations and such. We also set up with the all-inclusive package. I highly recommend it. The good was very good across the board, with some exceptional dishes along the way. It was much better than we anticipated and the service was fantastic. On a scale of 5 stars, Tomas gets a 6."

"Beautiful resort but room was extremely beat up and not cleaned well upon entering also balcony door lock was broken and had to be replaced and also AC stopped working several times. Food was mediocre. VIP lounge was nice. Up charges for certain things are over kill with already paying for “all inclusive” staff was great. "
