Staff were excellent! The room was clean and refreshed each evening. The restaurant food was some of the best we’ve had at a resort in Mexico. Focus is in restaurants instead of buffet which is a huge improvement.

It seems most rooms will have an ocean view. Good solid food choices. There are 6 or so restaurants. 4 main ones are open for nights. An Italian restaurant, A Mexican restaurant, a sushi restaurant, Mediterranean restaurant, and an optional steak house (the steak house was extra if you wanted to go there.). There were 2 restaurants open by the pool area each day until 5.

Beautiful property in a fantastic location. We had a wonderful ocean view suite on the top floor which was exactly what I asked for. It was in a quiet location and staff decorated it for my birthday. We really enjoyed watching whales all day and being able to snorkel right out front. Lots of fantastic food and the staff were as friendly and attentive.

The staff were the most friendly and amazing people! They were always working hard serving and moving chairs to accommodate everyone. So clean and well kept property. We would have liked a play area for kids 1-4 years but we were able to walk the property lots and play at the beach area. We would have liked a lunch buffet instead of ordering from the two restaurants. Our deck handle and shower door needed adjusting that’s the only reason for 1 less star and the sink was cracked but over all everything was perfect especially the breakfast buffet so amazing!
