"The most amazing thing about this property is the staff. They take hospitality to an entirely different level. I celebrated my birthday here Solo and it was not missed at any point during the vacation and was recognized when I checked in at the bar when I ordered drinks and even my last breakfast at Comal.

"I stay there almost 5 days. Everything was good but the problem was for the check-in line. I almost waited 2 hour and 30 minutes that was crazy. They should work on the staff or do something for online check-in. Everything overall was good I enjoyed it and celebrated my birthday."

"Lots of construction and updates. Very beautiful. We loved our room but the construction noise in the morning was not my favorite. Pools are so beautiful and everyone is so nice. Food was amazing. Only negative was all the pools close at 8pm and if you are by the fire pit you have to go to the 7th floor to get a drink from the only open bar. Not very convenient. The elevators are pretty slow. But all and all an amazing place with amazing staff. Would definitely stay again. "
