"Very large pools so lots of space for everyone. I wish they were a little more full of water so the infinity edge had actual water going over and no ledge before it. Resort was extremely clean. Food was great especially the Italian place but the restaurants were closed some night and no warnings for when they would be closed till the day of. The room service was the worst part. I ordered at 9pm and had to go to bed just after midnight and it hadnt arrived yet. I texted on the app at 10:30 asking how long and got the response it was moments away. All my future texts didn't get a response. We got a junior suite with the swim up option and the pool was very well kept and nice to have to cool off in the evening. "

"Our unit was on the top floor with a private veranda and spectacular view of the water. Enjoyed watching the whales off in the distance. The pool bar/restaurant offered a nice variety of food and drink and we had two beaches within walking distance."

"This condo was PERFECT in everyway! Beds were super comfy and it was great to have both the beach and pool access. The view of the arches from the pool was spectacular. It was a quick and cheap Uber ride to downtown. We will book this again! 5 stars for sure!"

"I had a very disappointing and unpleasant experience at this hotel in Sunset Rock Los Cabos. From the moment we arrived, the conditions were unacceptable. The room was dirty and poorly maintained. We found cockroaches and crickets inside the room, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, especially one in a tourist destination like Los Cabos. The overall cleanliness was terrible, and it made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe staying there. Because of these conditions, we had no choice but to leave early. We originally booked 4 nights, but we only stayed 2 night due to how bad the situation was. To make matters worse, the hotel only refunded us for one night, which is unfair considering the circumstances. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone until they seriously improve their cleanliness, pest control, and customer service."
