"The rooms and food were great. The service was very ok. At Comal the food was very slow and they never checked in for drink orders or to fill waters. Not a great experience for a 300 dollar dinner. Same thing at breakfast. The pool service didn’t clear chairs when people left. The service got better towards the end but overall was disappointing for the price. One and only or las Ventanas are much better places to stay. "

"Expect to have a Credit Card with you everywhere you go they prefer Credit Card not a debit card. The Resort is non cash so you must pay with card. The Beach at the resort is non swimmable so don't expect to swim in the beach. The jacuzzi closed by 7:30-8 so we weren't able to enjoy it after our activities. Other than the amenities the resort was a beautiful stay but wish we knew what we know now I would have booked else where especially if your trying to enjoy the beach."
