「Gorgeous property, nice amenities, good food, great entertainment. But they lost us at the service!!! Everyone is micromanaged by management and very strict on your consumption. It’s as if they didn’t even want you to have a drink or order food. My husband and I were there with our 2 kids and a simple order of 2 room service pizzas mode them was questioned, “why 2, how many people in your room……”. Same thing at breakfast. The pool service didn’t clear chairs when people left. The service got better towards the end but overall was disappointing for the price. One and only or las Ventanas are much better places to stay. 」
