「Súper bien」

「The handicapped showers are ridiculous. The coffee down in the restaurant year after the year is absolutely the worst and everybody agrees. I complained about it one year ago and it’s worse today than it was one year ago today. The beach chairs are disgusting.. Why does it be room? Have to be ADA compliant」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Royal Sonesta. The beach and pool were amazing. Never had a problem finding chairs at either location. The in room dining was fantastic and the Italian restaurant was incredible. The room was simple. I would prefer a bigger balcony. The bathroom could benefit from having a double vanity. The staff are all so friendly. Bartenders, Alex, Johvan and Jaders were great. We would definitely come back.」

「I can sleep」

「Newly remodeled, very clean and modern.」

「I like about the environment and the pool. It would be nice if there is convince store or reasonable restaurant.」

「Buen servicio y limpieza」

「it’s right near the beach」

「Hotel went beyond expectations」

「No juice. No protein」

「The hotel nice and clean. The pool nice. The neighborhood nice with 24 hour supermarket across the street. The only thing I did not like was breakfast was not included in my package and not sure why. So when booking make sure breakfast is included in your package however overall I give it a 10. Thank you.」
