「Great location in Waikiki!」

「The location was excellent, allowing us to walk to Waikiki, and there was an Alamo car rental office right nearby. The hotel was well-equipped with everything we needed; with two double beds, our family of four stayed comfortably. The owner kept in close contact with us, and we were even able to check in earlier than scheduled. I would definitely stay here again. One minor issue with the facility itself is that the elevator could be a bit faster.」

「I was very excited about my stay until I arrived at the condo. The good: Close to beach, zoo, aquarium, and shopping. The bad: The beds were very uncomfortable and mine had bed bugs (my legs were bitten quite a bit), the shower water was inconsistent (hot/cold/hot), and there was a smell of musty mold throughout the hallways. The garage is very tight so be cautious driving through for parking. There are no stairs, only elevators which are often full so you will be waiting for 2 or 3 elevators if...
