The property was as pictured. Grounds were excellently maintained and customer service was very attentive. Check in and check out was a breeze.

Exceptional per usual! We love staying at the Whaler, the condo option is great for families that aren’t trying to eat out each meal and it’s in a great location by Black Rock for snorkeling, plenty of restaraunt options and next door to Whalers Village for plenty of shopping options.

The unit, we stay was amazing, clean and easy to parking . Near by the wakiki beach , near by zoo, near by market. I like this place. We will come back. Thanks for make us stay safe and been good time for summer.

Very clean. Excellent communication. Good value. Code didn’t work at check-in but resolved quickly over the phone. Views are very nice.

For the most part it was ok. They don’t clean the halls of your room area and you have to pay for parking $35 a day!

Everything was amazing!!! The place was perfect! Nice view. A block away from the beach..lots of places to eat within walking distance. Great location. Would stay here again!

Ali'i Kai is just a short walk to my favorite cafe on Maui: That's a Wrap...and then from there just a short walk to one of the most beautiful, walkable beaches in Kihei. I used to live in an Ali'i Kai condo, so this was like coming home. Incredible, all-around!

Great room all around. Incredible view, super clean, and all the amenities one could need (except A/C, but at least they provide plenty of fans and there are large sliding doors to allow cooler outside air inside). Really a great place and great value. Highly recommend!

Everything was as described. With a rental car, it was great having a parking garage.

We would definitely stay here again in the event we visit Honolulu a second time. The staff reached out via email and text before and after, to make sure we were reminded about things, or needed anything. The facility was very clean. And parking was great. We always parked on the 3rd or 4th level, where there was more room. The beach is a 3 minute walk away with plenty of shopping and food.

The apartment was great. It was plenty of room for 5 adults and 1 teen. The full kitchen was great and has everything we needed to cook meals. It was very neat and clean and even had all the small stuff I forgot like shampoo and body wash. Danielle was great and responded to my texts swiftly. The balcony was going to be closed, but plans changed and she was able to get the outside furniture put back out side right away after we checked in. We were right across the street from an abc store and...
