"Your incidental fees are a bit high for a night $215 (still pending) The bathroom looked like it needs a new tub and the phone charger in my room wasn’t working, also the walkways need to drain better when it rains because my entire shoes got soak and wet but other than those issues, everything else was great and the staff was pleasant! "

"Room was spiffy and well-appointed for our every need. 1st floor lanai with garden view was striking with natural beauty all around enveloping our senses! Only 150 paces from the soft sand and rolling waves of the Pacific. Doesn’t get any better. "

"Clean room, front desk staff very nice, grounds are beautiful. Pool is nice but hot tub was always full and small. Heard a lot about the timeshare lady and yes I could see where that could be an issue for people but I believe they have adjusted now and have a very nice lady making the first contact to try and schedule you a timeshare appointment. They offered some vouchers and money but we just refused, took about 15 minutes and they gave us our wristbands which you honestly don’t need anyway. Just stick to your no initially and you will be fine. The place is really nice. "
