"If this place is available, book it. Was perfect for my girlfriend and I and my 3 adult children 18-24. We stayed in master, the girls stayed in the loft with own bathroom, and my son slept on pull out bed. Was a bit stuffy when we first arrived, but was perfectly comfortable once we opened it up. So nice to hear the waves at night, we all slept great. Everything was exactly as pictured and Lanai was amazing, with great view of sunrises. Tommy Bahama beach chairs were greatly appreciated. Kapaa is quaint, close to airport and beaches, and has good restaurants and coffee shops. Host is very responsive."

"I booked this property at the very last minute as our previously booked hotel did not work out. We were so happy to see the property when we arrived. The reception lobby is beautiful, each clerk was kind and helpful, we love the valet staff, and the rooms are easily accessible. A favorite is the beautiful infinity pool, which we were in every day of our visit. Walk a few steps and you are on the beautiful sandy beach. They have a nice game room for kids and young adult adults with pool tables and vintage video games, etc. Nice outdoor bar with quick food and live music in the evenings. We plan to go back there at least once or twice a year, just to enjoy this beautiful property."

"It was our first time in Kauai and this condo was in the perfect location! We took sunrise walks and ran along the path way right outside the condo! Also took a night stroll to star gaze at night it was amazing! The condo is located in the middle of everything. A short drive south to Poipu Beach and also not too far to drive north to Hanalei. Having 2 bedrooms and 1 & 1/2 bath for our family of 4 was just right. The living room was spacious & comfy for relaxing and watching TV. We sat outside on the lanai enjoying breakfast and coffee a few mornings too. The only improvement I would recommend is to update the beach chairs they were rusted and out dated. Also the shower curtain was moldy. The dresser drawers were flimsy, but the closet had enough space to accommodate our clothes. For the most part we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the small touches like coffee, spices, salt and pepper already in the kitchen to use for cooking. Beach towels were also provided and useful since we went to the beach everyday. We love Kauai and would definitely stay here again! "

"Our second time at this location! We love this property for its convenience. It’s right in the middle between South and North side of the island. The girls at the front desk especially Lani are awesome. It is so nice to walk across the street to Safeway, ABC Store, and getting Shave Ice. We booked an Outrigger room so our experience could be different from other owner rooms. "
