There was a leak in the AC when we first turned it on due to the drastic temperature change, but David immediately called and he and his daughter came by 30 minutes later to install a drip catcher panel. Shampoo/conditioner/soap all provided, as well as some dishware. Location was great, right across the street from Safeway and Wailua shave ice. Would stay here again!」

「4日間滞在をしました。 設備は古いですが、フルキッチンで生活する感じで過ごすには快適です。 2ベットルーム＋ソファーベッドのお部屋で、4名での滞在だった為ロールベットを入れてもらいましたが、シーツカバーが付いていなかったので結局カバー無しで利用しました。シーツカバ一も一緒に持って来てくれるか、部屋にストックがあるとよかった。ロールベット寝心地は良かったです！ また、チェックアウトが早朝だった為、フロントのスタッフが不在でどうしたらいいのかに困りました。 それ以外は、スタッフの方々はとってもフレンドリーで、とっても親切でした。嫌な印象になる対応は一切なかったです！ またカウアイに行くことがあれば利用したいと思います。」
