「This is a spacious and immaculate condo in an excellent location. Comfortable bed, well furnished kitchen. The owner is clearly very proud of their property and has gone to great lengths to make it welcoming. The condo complex is part of a larger resort and renters have access to pool and other facilities. We enjoyed ourselves very much, thanks Mounque!」

「This condo unit is right above the beach and overlooks Wailua Bay Beach. We could watch surfers, swimmers and fishermen right from our lanai. We saw whales only twice; a long distance away; but also saw a large pod of dolphins right in front. The location is an easy drive to anywhere else on the island.」

「Beautiful condo right on the beach! Clean and beautifully decorated. Full kitchen with everything you would need to cook. Comfortable king size bed with air conditioning unit in room for cooler climate for sleeping. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and towels all available for a fun day at the beach, oh and snorkeling gear. Excellent communication with host’s, Regina and Scott. Eastern shore location perfect for touring Southern and Northern shores easily. Walking distance to great restaurants and...

「The suite is small but has everything that you need. A shopping area is only a couple of minutes walk away. It is an easy drive to all of the wonderful beaches on the island. We loved the beach right infront of the suite. It has a pooled area that is great for children or those who just want a quick dip in the water but just down the beach is also a great swimming area for those who want to play in the waves.」

「The room was as advertised. Great view of the ocean. Tiki bar right across the lawn and the Coconut Market place right behind. Loved the location as we were central to everything on the island. Would book here again on future trips.」

「The location is great, close to the airport, hiking trails and beach. Room is nice and clean. Check in and out was easy as was communication. No early check-in though...per front desk they need to stick to check-in time privided by owner, not really a big deal, just thought some people may find that helpful. Thank you and Mahalo!」

「The view from the lanai was beautiful. Check-in and communication were great. The unit was well-equipped and clean although it's probably time for some upgrades with the living room carpet and the kitchen area. Would definitely stay there again.」

「Good central location. We did a lot of hiking and beach walking. Loved the closeness to beach walking trail. Good place for the cost. Only thing we missed was a jacuzzi. That would have been wonderful after difficult hikes. Overall a nice place.」

「Lava Lava is on site for all meals and is great.property is Quiet by ten every night except for the surf which is just a few steps past the restaurant. Small but very nice rooms with everything that’s needed. Parking is in short supply but they do have valet. Best staff I’ve ever encountered. So kind and helpful! 」

「チェックイン後、お部屋に向かいましたが廊下が暗くて少し心配になりましたが部屋は綺麗に清掃してあり快適でした。 ただ、シャワーが固定の為子供をいれる際悪戦苦闘しました。 あと、3泊したのですが2日目の夜エアコン吹き出し口から3分おきに水がドバーッと漏れてきて連絡しましたが、メンテナンスの方が来られるまで1時間近く待たされたのは⤵︎でした。」

「空港から近く無料シャトルがあって便利。しかし徒歩圏内にはホテル内のコンビニより小さいabcしかなく車がないと滞在中は不便に感じた。部屋のペットボトルの水は初日だけ。カバナ無料の記載があったが、プールもビーチも有料。レストランは美味。」

「施設は古いが、ホスピタリティは高く、アットホームな雰囲気。居心地の良いホテルでした。おそらくこのホテルよりも後に近隣の物流・港湾の施設が出来たため、ホテルの場所がわかりづらいですが、昔はとても落ち着く場所にあったのだろうとそそしました。」

「部屋が少しコンパクトでしたが、アメリカの部屋にしては明かりが明るく良かったです。 炊飯器をリクエストして、用意をしてくれてたのですが、中のお釜が入っておらず、古いタイプのものと交換になりました。 近くにスーパーが無いので、車で15分位の所に買いに行かなければならないので不便です。」

「This is our third time staying at Kappa Sands with our small family. We absolutely love it. The beach is perfect for young kids, walk down the beach and the surf is perfect for riding waves. The pool is as always an attraction. We have family meals with all the kitchen appliances you need and a big refrigerator. The life is so sweet at at our little piece of aloha.」
