「This place was great! Perfect location on the south part of the island, close to all the Poipu beaches, shopping, restaurants, and attractions. The unit is large…every room is big! The kitchen and bathroom could use some updates but really it’s still very nice and it doesn’t take away from the experience there…comfortable, homey, functional with a wonderful island feel. 「We enjoyed our stay at this property. The kitchen remodel is terrific, the room is spacious and well-appointed, and the air conditioning is wonderful. We loved having the extra fan. Prince Kuhio is in a convenient location that allowed us to easily access Waimea Canyon, Old Koloa Town, the Beach House restaurant, and our boat tour. It is an older well-maintained property but do not expect a new flashy resort vibe. It is a solid property that is a good value in a good location. 」

The condo was in an excellent area that was close to so many different things we wanted to do and the views, layout and cleanliness of the condo was perfect for us! Just a short 5-7 minute drive to Poipu beach to see the sea turtles or grab a Puka Dog, lots of restaurant and shopping options under 5 minutes away by car or a short walk and the most surprising thing I didn’t realize is this condo is located right by The Beach House...
