「The host had clear details and a lot of helpful information sent before we arrived. Checking in was easy and the beach chairs and cooler was a huge benefit to use during our stay!」

「The resort is lovely, the onsite restaurant was exceptional! The unit we stayed in, sadly, needs a lot of updates and general cleaning. The kitchen was poorly stocked, the furniture old and worn. We would stay there again, but in a different unit. 」

「It was like staying in a damp college dorm that was under construction. They did tell me the lobby was under construction but the whole place is. It is so damp all of my clothes felt wet and I had to walk around in flip flops even at night. I asked for a softer pillow because I have a head injury and I was told no sorry that’s all they have available. The room never felt clean and there was no light. You could barely see to do things. I would have moved hotels if we were there for longer.」

「Our overall experience here was very good. Front desk and bell staff were all very helpful. Property is large but fairly easy to navigate. Pool and beach are amazing. Location is central island so you are never more than 1 hour from anything on Kauai. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. As an FYI, our reservation type only included 1 day of housekeeping and that was pretty minimal (new towels, coffee, etc but didn't even include changing the sheets).」

Vacation Candy also provided excellent customer service and I would certainly recommend Vacation Candy as the only property manager to use for any VRBO location.
