「Golf courses, beach, shops were nearby. House was very spacious and clean. Having two refrigerators and two sets of washer/dryer was a plus. The property manager was very friendly and responded promptly to questions.」

「The house was a decent size and fit us all comfortably, it is also located in a beautiful neighborhood with minimal traffic which was great for the kids. We loved the location and how close the beach was.Some cons I have is the cleanliness of the house it could definitely use a deep clean and some minor upgrades and renovations wouldn’t hurt(:We found termite droppings upstairs in the living room and small German roaches here and there. The lanai area we didn’t use because some of the floor...

「Good access to Brennecke's Beach. Host tries, but is not in Hawaii ... if you need anything sorted out, it may not happen. Place is OK but being allowed to run down somewhat. Not all A/C units worked; we were fine, but this may be a problem in spring/summer/fall.」

「Excellent location between Poipu Beach and Shipwreck beach. You can access beaches, the Grand Hyatt resort, Lava Arch, and the Maha'ulepu Heritage Trail by foot via a very nice walking path. Also close to a magnificent fruit stand, but walking there involves walking alongside a highway without a sidewalk, so better to drive. House is well equipped. Great kitchen, plenty of towels, etc. The bathrooms for the Queen suites are minuscule, so be prepared for that. Indoor and outdoor living could not...

「This property is one of the best our family has ever rented … stocked with items to make our stay most enjoyable. Plenty of towels, beach equipment and snorkeling gear, caddy wagon, games for kids, walking routes to nearby beaches.Group of 10 from our family stayed including 3 granddaughters age 6, 7 and 8. Communication with the host and manager was first rate. The most accommodating people we have encountered.」

「Great home in a great location. Welcome book with all the info you need for your stay. Walls are a bit thin (we had a baby with us and needed to make sure we were quiet in the entire unit when she was sleeping), but the space was perfect (spacious and clean with all the things you could ever need). Complex had a pool but it wasn't anything special and we mostly drove to different beaches anyway. Host was quick to respond and very nice. Price seems a bit high, but overall would stay again.」

「This property is perfect for large family or friend groups. We loved having 2 living spaces. A surf able beach is just 4 minutes away, and Poipu beach with the turtles, is less than 10 minutes from the house. The neighborhood is well kept and quiet. Close to shopping and restaurants. The property accommodated out 4 cars. We were pleased to see they provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We used the washer and dryer and honestly all agreed that everyone could have packed fewer cloths...
