My wife and I had a very lovely stay here. We loved the outdoor kitchen area where we had leisurely meals while enjoying the sounds and sights of the garden. We were within walking distance to the beautiful beach at the Hyatt where they have swinging benches for relaxing and watching the waves. I highly recommend this place!

Very cute spot, loved the semi-outdoor lanai/kitchen, a short 10 minute walk down the trail from a couple of beautiful beaches, and chairs and other beach necessities provided! Our host was very helpful in ensuring our needs were met and working with us when our flight out was delayed.

Owner was very nice and gave clear directions and had lots of nice beach gear to loan. It is kind of a boarding house situation with different guests in different bedrooms I missed that it wasn't air conditioned in the description. Temp was ok at night but pretty warm mid afternoon. Easy walk to beaches and pool. Meh bed.

Nice dude, but the property is not what it appears to be, you’re renting a room in someone’s house and there are multiple rooms being rented out. There were also bugs in our room crawling around in the bathroom and on the bed. The fact that it’s a room in someone’s house needs to be mentioned in the listing. And bugs in a bedroom is ridiculous .

Location was perfect for 10 minute walk to convention at Grand Hyatt and beach. Never made it to the pool, not sure where it’s at. 2 minute drive to poipu beach where 20 large turtles were resting and beautiful sunset. The use of chairs, umbrella, ice chest and snorkeling gear was very convenient.

I enjoy my stay very much, but unfortunately the weather did not cooperate to be able to check out pool. But I would definitely stay again and the host was able to respond to all questions I had very promptly. The bed was very comfortable along with the pillows which is very important to me. The unit was also very conveniently located.

The hosts were excellent and very accommodating. The place could definitely use so freshing up with new appliances. However I feel if they would then have to raise the price, it would not reflect the needs of people looking for accommodations like these. Overall its perfect for what I paid, and the experience I was looking for.

Location was very good for us. We snorkeled most days at Poipu Park Beach and Lawai Beach and found very good dinners at La Spezia and Koloa Kitchen.

The hosts were simply wonderful, as was the location. Right across the street is a sidewalk that connects with the main sidewalk that stretches from Brennecke’s Beach to Shipwreck Beach. Easy walking to either beach or the pool that we’re given access to. I used the unit’s backyard a lot for lounging or using the table. Keep in mind that there is no AC, but there are ceiling fans and a large floor fan to pull in cooler overnight air.

Everything was as mentioned when we arrived. The room was inviting and had beach towels rolled on the bed along with a box of chocolate Macadamia nuts. Having the lanai kitchen area was a bonus as it was screened in and allowing the trade winds flow through the room. The host was responsive to our questions. Very satisfied!
