「Great place close to beach! 」

「Location was perfect for 10 minute walk to convention at Grand Hyatt and beach. Never made it to the pool, not sure where it’s at. 2 minute drive to poipu beach where 20 large turtles were resting and beautiful sunset. The use of chairs, umbrella, ice chest and snorkeling gear was very convenient. 」

「the host was available and responsive when needed. i booked at the last minute, and was graciously accommodated. the room was as in photos. very clean with all amenities needed for a pleasant visit. you can’t beat the location! I was a resident on Kauai for 10 years, and being in Poipu was a desirable area since it is convenient to restaurants and shopping if that’s of interest for you. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again myself in the future. 」

「Good access to Brennecke's Beach. Host tries, but is not in Hawaii ... if you need anything sorted out, it may not happen. Place is OK but being allowed to run down somewhat. Not all A/C units worked; we were fine, but this may be a problem in spring/summer/fall.」

「We enjoyed our stay immensely. The house is very accommodating and the location is perfect for walking to either shipwreck or poipu beach. No AC in the house so it did get warm on occassion (we stayed in December) but overall, loved it and would stay here again! 」
