「このホテルは空港から車で7分にあり、リフエの町も近くて便利です。ホテルに隣接してビーチがあり、朝日が昇ってくる海が綺麗です。私の部屋のシャワーはパワーがなかったです。」

「15時チェックインのはずが部屋が準備されておらず17時まで待ちました。無料朝食についての説明がなく戸惑いました。滞在中日本人宿泊客は見かけませんでした。サービスは良くも悪くも最小限で、こちらから聞かないと分からないことが多かったです。 オーシャンフロントの部屋は眼前に海が広がり眺めが最高でした。」

「不満だったところ：室内に電話がない、エレベータがない、階段がふきっさらしで、雨だと濡れる。 満足だったところ：部屋からの景色が素晴らしい、スタッフが親切、ウォーターサーバーで水を汲み放題、部屋が広い。」

「This was our first time to any of the Hawaiian Islands and we are glad we picked Kauai. We rented a car and went on adventures every day and still had time to relax in the pool and hot tub at the end of each day. Our 2 bedroom unit was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed and we were glad for the use of the BBQs. All in all it was a wonderful experience.」

「The resort was beautiful and we loved the pool area and other amenities offered. The location was close to both Hanalei and Anini beach, which were some of our favorite locations on our trip. The room was a bit tight for hanging out during the day, and the louvered windows made it easy to hear guests in other rooms (although everyone was quiet at night). Nonetheless, we still enjoyed our stay and thought it was the perfect hub to explore the north shore!」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Hanalei Beach Resort in Seth’s unit. The property was easy to navigate and close to Hanalei Village north side beaches. Great pool area as well. You will not be disappointed.」

「Condo was nice and clean, with upscale decor. There was a supply of extra things like spices and coffee filters, tea, etc. That is always nice when you are cooking. Extra things for small children needs like booster and bed, toys, etc. We added to that supply with some beach / pool toys and a booster step stool. Condo could use extra towels, especially in the kitchen area! No dishcloths and only 3 hand towels there. I would love to see a guest book or info with good eateries and hidden gems...

「Very clean property, large space as listed. Communication with owner was great. Location was not facing the pool or ocean, but was not a big deal for us. The only negative: The AC unit was a little loud when it kicked on through out the night Great location, beautiful pool, very clean! Would absolutely stay again and would recommend for anyone to stay!」

「The best view of Hanalei Bay, mountains, sunset. The hotel room is adequate but ok for the price paid. Clean, but drab furnishings, 1980’s style. The resort is nice, restaurant is good, pool is lovely, beach is amazing. We loved our stay and Hanalei/Princeville area.」

「Came over from Big Island for a long weekend getaway - this was a perfect place for my husband and I - beautiful views of Hanalei Bay (my favorite place on earth!). Unit was comfortable - a/c worked great!! Highly recommend!」

「Great location to see the island. Never more than an hour to any corner. The unit was exactly as advertised and just a few steps from the pool and ocean. Would definitely recommend to anyone.」

「窓から海が見える部屋で、リゾートライフを満喫できました。Poipu Shopping Villageまで徒歩で行けるので便利。キッチンの道具も一通り揃っています。昔からあるコンドミニアムなので古いけど、のんびり滞在して、ビーチを楽しみたい私たちの旅にはピッタリでした。 」

「セーフティボックスありとなっていたが、滞在した部屋にはなかった（探し回ったが見つけられなかった）。一台あたりの駐車スペースが狭く停めづらい。ビーチタオル交換の説明がなかった（説明書になし）。土日はフロントが休みで連絡先は知らされているが、英語の連絡はハードルが高く、相談出来なかった。景観は素晴らしいが、海岸の岩に打ち付ける波の音が想像以上で（これはホテルの問題ではない）、あらかじめ覚悟が必要。砕ける波、沈む夕日、目の前の海に浮かぶ海亀、楽しみはいっぱいあるので、音が気になる人は耳栓を持参して、このホテルを楽しんでほしい。ポイプビーチまでは歩いて行くのも可能。」
