「Beautiful view, spacious kitchen, central location. Good communication with owner and responsive to problems and visitor needs.」

「What a lovely place to stay. Near town & airport as well as halfway between other various places/beaches you might like to visit. (The airport was sure handy when we found two things wrong with two different cars after leaving the lot… - just fyi, check the gas gauge & tires!) Only 10 mins walk to Lydgate Beach & the very cute, fun Mamahune tiki bar. Great to have two lanais and two bathrooms as well! A few things could’ve been more perfect, dropped a line to the managers, nothing a big enough...

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful suite overlooking Kalapaki Bay. It is just as the pictures convey inside and out - beautiful condition and everything you need for your vacation. The floor to ceiling windows and large deck provide a magnificent view of the beach, bay and mountains as well as surfers and seals. Access to the beach and the Marriott restaurants was an added treat. The location was perfect to see the entire island. What an incredible hideaway! And the hosts were kind...

「This is our second time staying at Kapaa Sands. This was a different unit we stayed in yet absolutely adore this property. We love the small beach cove area!! My fiance surprised me with an engagement proposal on that little cove!!! We have found a special place here. It is well kept, both the grounds as well as the units. We love the remodeled units, it keeps the "local" charm and feel!!」

「Our family of four adults stayed in May 2025 and really enjoyed the location—the view can’t be beat. The beds were comfortable and with the sea breeze air conditioning wasn’t needed. The outdoor chest has beach chairs, umbrella, toys and even a cooler. Living near saltwater ourselves we know how harsh it is, some things are starting to show their age but it didn’t take away from the charm of the rental. We would happily spend another week here.」

「Wonderful stay at the Kauai Beach Resort. Great pools! Need more lounge chairs around the pools for your guests. The best breakfast sandwich ever from Naupaka Terrace Restaurant on the property! All in all, great stay for our family to celebrate multiple birthdays. 」

「Kappa Sands was paradise. The views are amazing and made our trip. Location is central to many things. Pool looks smaller than online but we had the whole thing to ourselves most days and it was lovely. I hope to be back soon. 」

「This is a nice condo for two - the views great from the lanai for beautiful sunrises. There is a road behind the building but the ocean sounds drowned out street noise. We found the unit very spacious and comfortable. It does not have air conditioning but at this time of year - February - it was not needed. Would definitely stay again. 」

「It did take us one night to get used to no A/C with the humidity, but the fans in the place are powerful and kept us cool. We had everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch, and we ate out for dinner. There are 2 coolers, some beach chairs, boogie boards. If you nice a smell, its likely the chairs. Im sure most people use them then leave them in the car trunk where they get warm while still wet. So hose them off and air outside after using! We saw whales from the lanai. The beach is...
