「エアコンの設置がなかったのが残念でした」

「They were kind enough to let us use a tea pot and a hair dryer in our room; however, while we were staying there for four nights,no room cleaning was made. It was perhaps because they didn't want the dirt to be noticeable that they chose dark brown as the color of their sheets.」

「ドアを開けるなり、ホコリっぽいお部屋。 絨毯、ベッド周り、窓、ドアなども目に見えるホコリがたくさんありました。 冷房はカビがありました。 自分のお部屋はつけてなくても、隣の部屋の冷房の音がベランダから、ちょうどベッドの頭の位置でうるさすぎて、寝られませんでした。夜中12時、1時に急に、庭の水やりの水音が騒がしく、びっくりしました。 シャワーの蛇口、シャワーの窓も壊れていました。 ホテルの建物は昔ながらの伝統ある自然の場所で、それだけ見たら自然を感じられる環境で良いのですが、一歩外に出ると、周りはホームレスのような方々もいて、安心して散歩できる場所ではなく、とても残念でございました。」

「VRBO unit in a Outrigger Resort. Clean room, including bar fridge and coffee maker, well stocked with coffee pods, tea and creamers. Air conditioning was very effective. Plenty of towels ( bath and beach), beach umbrella, boogy board, cooler and beach chairs in room for use. Rooms not serviced daily by the resort property. We made own beds and kept room tidy. Resort notified us that owner will service room on request. Resort amenities - nice pools and loungers, did not see the gym. Daily...

「The property was as listed. The beach equipment was very useful. The communication with property management was excellent. The only negative was the bed. It was very high off the floor and a little to soft for our liking.」
