「Excellent aesthetics, but the staff could be more knowledgeable and onsite reservations booked very quickly, we should have booked before our arrival or they should make special accommodations for guests staying at the hotel. The layout of the hotel was a bit odd and confusing, getting to the beach was a little challenging, but overall beautiful hotel and excellent location on Kauai. Would stay again.」

「Wonderful condo with very nice open concept. Plenty of space for 3 adults and two kids. Was a very well stocked kitchen with a great location to grocery and shopping. My daughter loved the pool slides. The pool was great and the instructions were precise on what to do. Really highly recommended. 」

「We had a great vacation and we loved this condo unit. The kitchen was well equipped and unit was spotlessly clean. The resort property is beautifully maintained with tropical flowers everywhere. We loved the beach, pools, and hot tubs. We saw a monk seal hang out on the beach several times. It is a convenient location to access everything on the island. The owners are great folks to work with. Highly recommend.」

「Excellent hospitality, incredible location between the north and south shore making excursions easy. The full size refrigerator was great as was the abundance of towels for use. Everything was clean and well maintained and the unit was located perfectly on the property just steps away from the pool and a short walk down to the beach. 10/10 would recommend!」

「The room was great, it was clean and comfortable - and perfectly located at the resort overlooking the pool. There were beach chairs and a cooler in the unit for us to use - which was appreciated! There were beach towels, pool towels, and everything we needed in the room. I would absolutely stay there again! 」

「ホスピタリティが素晴らしく、あまり英語が話せなくてもスタッフは優しいですしリクエストや相談はvirtual担当のKaiくんに SMSを返信すると全て対応してくれました。彼は滞在前からメッセージをくれていつも支えてくれている感じです。プールバーのハッピーアワーはギリギリに滑り込んだところ普通のお値段設定になってしまったようで、そこは残念に思いましたが他はパーフェクトに素晴らしかったです。 GW後だったからか日本の方はほとんど見かけなかったです。」

"スタッフの対応が日本での対応のように丁寧で、掃除も行き届いており、ビーチに面していること(子供用の岩に囲まれたビーチもあること)、他所へのアクセスがよいこと、歌手による歌がほぼ一日中聴けること、ホテルの格は中程度であるものの、全体のバランスが高いレベルでとれており、非の打ち所がないという感じでした。7泊8日、とてものんびりと過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました。"

"日本人の私にも優しく、とっても親切で温かい方が多かったです。ホテルに宿泊者が参加できるイベントがあり、日の出のセレモニーを体験したのですが、もっと長く滞在して他のウクレレ体験やレイ作り体験もしたいなと思いました。曜日ごとに開催される体験が異なるようです。プールは小さいのがちょっとした難点なのかなと思いましたが、ビーチも目の前だし、プールサイドでゆっくりしていたのでそこまで気にならなかったです。ただ、オーシャンビューの部屋を取ったのですが、窓が開かなかったのが残念でした。ただもしかしたら安全上の理由で開かないようになっているのかもしれないです。お部屋で波の音を聴きながらゆっくりしようかと考えていたのですが、波の音や自然、風を感じるためには部屋の外が良さそうです。ビーチを眺めながらお酒や料理を楽しめるお店が併設されているのでそこで景色や空気を感じられました。広いお部屋に綺麗な施設、暖かい人に全体的に満足しています。"
