「The hosts were excellent and very accommodating. The place could definitely use so freshing up with new appliances. However I feel if they would then have to raise the price, it would not reflect the needs of people looking for accommodations like these. Overall its perfect for what I paid, and the experience I was looking for.」

「This was our first trip to Hanalei and it was made extra special by staying at Mike and Leila’s place. It is beautiful, perfect location, and has everything you’ll need. We used the bikes and beach chairs to ride into town and relax at the bay. We loved sitting on the balcony or in the upstairs living room with the windows open during the rain. 「My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon for a whole week. It is such a peaceful environment, and is very close to the beaches. It is in a more rural area of the island, so you can see the stars super clearly at night. Some people complained of the chickens making too much noise, but we didn’t find that to be a problem. The yard is super private, and you’re about 98% out of view of your neighbors. 」
