Such beautiful grounds, lovely working family that makes it such a great place. The ocean view was spectacular and affordable. The pool was clean, beautiful and private. We had an ocean view from the pool. Great walking path right outside and the food trucks were spectacular

We stayed for two nights and would have loved to stay longer. The morning sunrises from the balcony were incredible. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and spacious for us. Being close to many of KaPaa's shops and restaurants was great amenity.

Staff was amazing. Banana bread was tasty and moist. Beach is right in front of your room. You absolutely cannot do better if you come for the beach. Center of Kappa in town and 15 min away from the airport. Clean, serviceable and just down to earth. Mahalo

The hotel is close enough to the ocean to listen to the waves from your room. The room is clean enough for me, not spotless. There isn't much to do in Kapa'a so rent a car unless you like very long bike rides. The staff was very friendly, even sharing their sweets with me but I didnt enjoy the bible lesson at the end.. Overall nice hotel

Room needed a good cleaning, the mirror hadn't been properly cleaned and the lamps were sticky. TV didn't work, no one cared enough to come and fix it. On the other hand, the ocean was right outside for great views of sunrise and the walking path along the shore was right there.

Staff are wonderful and very welcoming. The ocean front room views can’t be beat! The rooms are dated and probably need a deep clean but with all the other plus’s available we will definitely be back next year

Would stay again!

Although the room was dated, and a few repairs are needed, the wonderful staff made all the difference. We received a very warm welcome. Our room was ready early, and there was even some fresh delicious banana bread for us.

Our oceanfront room on the 1st floor is absolutely amazing. The double sliding door opens to the beautiful lawn that leads to the beach. We were able to see the breathtaking sunrise the ocean waves from our bed. There are lots of chickens running around in the area. They don't bother you at all except that they do love to sing for the guests to make sure you wake up in time to see the sunrise. ;) Also since its 1st floor, you can expect some sand on the carpet that is not completely cleaned. We walked in and out through the sliding doors to the beach all the time, so it didn't bother us.
