Excellent directions in email made accessing the keys and moving in a breeze! Great location within 10 minutes of both Hanalei and Kilauea restaurants and shops, and close to shuttle to Napali coast. "It is a motel room with a couple of upgrades not a studio. Did not have entry instructions as no internet, extremly stressful locating it in dark and rain. Had to ask a local to log me into their internet to obtain instructions. Need for earlier instructions for internationals. Room has nice appointments, however no comfortable seating, sliding door does not slide, vent on patio blows hot air. It was very clean, good shower, although bathroom setup odd. No a/c, only fans, needed front door open...

Our flight kept getting bumped, and each time, they were prompt in helping, first a later check-in and another booking for another day.
