「今回の滞在にはとてもがっかりしています。 部屋のベッドやバスルームに、蚊や小さな虫の死骸がたくさんありました。自分で何度か掃除しましたが、その後もまた虫が出てきては死んで落ちてきます。おそらく殺虫剤を使った直後だと思うのですが、それが人体に影響ないのか少し不安です。 夜中にどうしても我慢できずフロントに電話して、翌日の清掃スタッフに伝えてほしいとお願いしました。ですが、「バルコニーのドアや窓を開けないでください」と言われただけでした。 私は遅い時間にチェックインしていて、そもそもドアや窓は開けていないと伝えたのですが、「Ok，good」と言われただけで、特に謝罪もありませんでした。まるでこちらに問題があるような対応で、とても不快に感じました。 翌日、清掃スタッフの方にメモを書いて、チップもお渡しし、「できればしっかり掃除をお願いしたい」と伝えました。 その日の夜に部屋へ戻ると、小さい飛び虫は少し減っていましたが、ゴキブリの死骸がありました。 正直、使われている殺虫剤が人体に影響ないのかも分からず、不安な気持ちのまま滞在することになりました。全体的にとても不満の残る滞在でした。」

「This studio was very clean and had a comfy bed, lovely large deck (not a balcony) and a beautiful garden path for walking through the flowering trees and bushes. This made it feel private and removed from the rest of the surrounding houses, each with a large lot. We sat on the deck for meals, and one time caught a beautiful sunset. We were honored to receive fruit from Mitsuko, most of which had been harvested from her own trees. She was a lovely host and we hope to see her again!」

「Super easy check in/ check out process with clear instructions provided by the host. Awesome place to stay at and very comfortable with AC and large fans. Very clean and kids loved upstairs! Definitely will be booking again next time I need to stay in waimea」
