"It was beautiful and the staff was lovely. But the temperature in my room was beyond cold. I blasted the heater and put a towel under the door but there was still cold air coming in through the hallways. Don’t understand why be so wasteful. "Our stay was during the wildfires which was tragic. However I have encountered such a professional staff. They were kind, attentive and worked around the clock for guests, although their beautiful town was destroyed before our eyes. There was enough food for guests, charging stations and a lot of helpful information communicated throughout our stay. "Upon arrival at 9 pm, staff was very friendly and courteous. The room was very clean and lovely. All this was awesome. Things went south when after a long day of travel, in preparation for heading to bed we found we had zero water anywhere. No shower, No flushing of toilets, no water in the sink taps. We could not even brush our teeth. I phoned the front dest to see if there was a trick to turning on the water in the condo. It was then we were informed there was a water flushing of hydrants...

"Everything went well staff was excellent. Although it took the Ikena restaurant to so long to get our pancakes from the kitchen we left without having breakfast. Also connecting to the cable on the TV was very problematic. Dining at the Olivine was sublime :)"
