Wonderful hotel. Beautiful, well maintained. Nice beach. Loved art, sculptures and vases all around the property. Convenient location. Highly recommend.
It was everything we saw online with the exception that the boat to travel the property has been out of service. Food options on resort not so good but off property was amazing. Did a fishing excursion and caught a 200# blue marlin amazing trip for sure for the first time being there
The staff did a great job. They are well trained in customer service (which today is a lost art) they answered every with a positive smile. Geart job!!
A very nice location with a beautiful view. Staff is super friendly. The rooms are ok. The bathrooms could use upgrading. Our room location was in the Makai tower and close to the elevator so noise was an issue. Parking is expensive...$48/night. Overall, we had a very nice stay.
Clean, quiet, convenient. Best pool in Hawaii. Legends of Hawaii Luau was amazing. Having a snorkeling lagoon onsite is such a huge win. Played all 27 holes of golf, great experience. Cannot recommend this property any more enthusiastically
Loved the lagoon and pool bar.
The rest of the dining was more difficult with kids options. Room was clean and had an amazing view. Dolfinquest was really reallycfun.
We stayed at the hotel for the first time and our stay was outstanding. You could text the front desk for help and they responded back fast. The tram helps instead of walking. The free shuttle to the nearby shopping centers was very useful. The dolphin show was amazing. The buffet breakfast was great. I highly recommend this place. I would stay there again
I booked an oceanfront room that wasn’t available when we checked in at 5:30 pm. They ‘upgraded’ us to a suite with (almost)a view of the water. Unfortunately, the room was so musty smelling we had to close off the suite area and turn off the AC in the sleeping area to minimize the musty smell it was bringing into the room. For such a beautiful resort it’s disappointing they would put anyone in that room. When I brought it to their attention they were unapologetic saying that would let housekeeping know of the issue. Really?
We had a great stay at Hilton Waikoloa Village. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our visit. While the property is beautiful, it could use some cosmetic updates. We noticed areas where the pool coping was missing, and some doors could benefit from better caulking, fresh paint, and general upkeep.
Nui Italian was a fantastic restaurant, and the bar staff was outstanding, providing excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience, especially considering we were there during Hurricane Nolo. Despite the weather challenges, the staff worked hard to ensure guests were comfortable and well taken care of. We would gladly return and look forward to seeing some of the property's maintenance improvements in the future.
Excellent location close to beach, eatery access. Hotel decor is a bit outdated for a 4 star hotel, the room we stayed at was more like a 3 star hotel. Carpet and flooring needs regular cleaning. room is dusty. We stayed at the Makai. Hotel area is huge. If you have mobility issues it may be hard to get around by foot. They do have Tram train to get around hotel.but very slow.
