"Ocean view is basically a partial ocean view. Pick the ocean front if you’d like to have a better view. We didn’t know this until we got into our room."

"The room was cramped. Beware, pictures are likely wide angle. Bathroom very cramped as in nobspace between toliet and shower. Not sure why there was a tub and not just a shower. Room would better for single guest if only one bed. The AC did not work adequately. Beware of celing fan. It is very low. Plenty of food at breakfast but it was nothing different than at lesser to equal hotels. The coffee was good and hot, piping hot."

"Older hotel but well maintained. Friendly helpful staff. Easy walk to restaurants and Kona tourist streets. We had an ocean view room and it was wonderful"

"Breakfast is free which is nice, lots of choices but not the best tasting. Lots of noisy construction going on so if you are in your room past 9am don’t plan to sleep. And if you book a room with a balcony just know that they are not actually usable"
